Terms of Use

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using Tendloop, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

What Tendloop is

Tendloop is a personal maintenance journal. It helps you record when you serviced household items and suggests when they may need attention again based on intervals you set yourself.

What Tendloop is not

Tendloop's reminders and status indicators are convenience estimates based on your own input. They are not professional advice. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety regulations for your appliances and equipment — especially for safety-critical items such as smoke detectors.

Purchases

The Pro upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Your data

Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (for example, via the built-in export or an iOS device backup). We cannot recover data lost through device loss, deletion of the app, or failed backups, and we have no copy of it.

Warranty and liability

Tendloop is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app — including missed maintenance, property damage, or data loss.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this address.
