WorkProof

Terms of Use

Effective date: 22 July 2026

By using WorkProof you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What WorkProof is

WorkProof is a documentation tool. It helps you record the state of a job before and after work, the work performed, materials, prices, and a client's acknowledgement, and produce a PDF report from those records. Reports reflect what you photographed and entered; WorkProof does not verify your work, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee any legal or commercial outcome. A client acknowledgement collected in the app is a record of confirmation, not a notarized document.

Your content

Everything you create in the app belongs to you and stays on your device. You are responsible for the content of your reports, for obtaining any consent required to photograph a client's property, and for complying with local laws when collecting signatures or location data.

WorkProof Pro subscription

WorkProof Pro is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription purchased through your Apple Account.

Free plan

The free plan includes a lifetime allowance of two completed jobs with up to five work areas each. Viewing, exporting, and deleting your existing data is never restricted.

Warranty and liability

WorkProof is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data caused by device loss or failure, or disputes between you and your clients. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it and, where applicable, request a refund from Apple.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this address with its effective date.
